TW FROM SHANNON: While this episode is all about exploring and reclaiming our sexuality with the help of smutty books, part of that for me has been due to my own experiences with sexual assault (SA) trauma, and the ramifications that trauma has had not only on my sex life, but my life in general. Without going into detail of what happened to me, this episode does get heavy at times, and although my trauma is not the main topic, it is mentioned throughout the entirety of the episode.
