10. Struggling to get started? Here's how to take the first step towards your dream projects

Robert McKay is the CEO of an education company that helps 2E students thrive at school. But as a multi-passionate person, he is currently contemplating a career shift. He's got many great ideas: from research projects and political initiatives, to the development of financial education courses. Yet he has one problem that keeps him from pursuing those interests: he doesn't know how to get started.

In this episode, I coach Robert around time management topics, I share tips for how to build momentum, and I give Robert some concrete tools to help him take the hardest step of all: the first one.
