Dreams can be complex, baffling, wonderful and sometimes scary. But what are they and can we make sense of them at all?
In this episode we consider typical dream behaviours, such as common themes and recall patterns. We also explore our mind’s capabilities whilst asleep and what remembering our dreams might tell us about our sleep health. Guest Amy Brennan shares her dream diary, how it has inspired her fiction writing, and how she makes sense of her dreams.
