Kristin is an executive coach, facilitator, trainer, a joyful mom to both a human child and a dog child and, most importantly, a friend and colleague of mine.  She’s a self-described spiritual NON skeptic, the yin to my yang.  We discuss how her pipeline to deeper spirituality was through radical self-love and acceptance and how starting to talk to God during her daily dog walks got her through a deep depression in the middle of both the covid pandemic and the tragic daily news cycle playing out in the US.
