Elena and I talk our take on the relationship between spirit and coaching, our respective quests to find a version of spirit and worship that resonates with the current versions of who we are, and our desire for our babies to have loving, wise spiritual teachers in their lives.

Elena is passionate about supporting women to create their version of an epic life and works to model for her two daughters, Zara and Zoë, that being a fulfilled working mother is not only a possibility, but a reality they get to see in their own home every day. When at home in Charlotte, NC, Elena can be found working in her home office, reading a smutty novel, watching movies with her family, playing piano or having impromptu karaoke session. She is passionate about food, her family (both given and chosen), and travel, and is dedicated to the daily practice of consciously living an epic life.
