In this episode, the first recorded in 2023, I talk about goal setting (and achieving!) from a spiritual perspective. Something that is likely top of mind for many of you this time of year. If we believe in a higher power greater than us and that that power is indeed powerful and life is unfolding for our good and the greater good…then why would we even set goals?? And how? I don’t have it figured out, but I’ll tell you what I’ve learned.
