After years of overcomplicating health goals, chasing perfection, and starting and stopping, I’ve realized that true wellness isn’t about doing all the things — it’s about doing the right things for this season.

I talk about how my journey started with a simple mile run, how I pushed toward a 4-mile race, and why I eventually burned out trying to juggle too much. This summer, I’m focusing on movement 3x per week, simple meal prep, hydration, and rest — all as a way to nourish, not punish, myself.
