1. Prioritize tasks and focus on the most important ones first.
2. Plan and allocate specific time blocks for each task.
3. Use tools such as timers and reminders to stay on track.
4. Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable chunks.
5. Avoid distractions and minimize interruptions.
6. Delegate tasks to others where possible.
7. Keep organized with lists and schedules.
8. Regularly review progress and adjust priorities as needed.
9. Avoid switching back and forth between tasks too frequently.
