Janet Hsieh is best known as the host of Discovery’s longest running travel show in Asia, Fun Taiwan—but behind the cameras, she was raised as, and is a natural adventurer. From growing up as a taekwondo black belter and trained classical pianist, to traveling the world to study and eventually as work while jumping off cliffs and eating exotic delicacies, to building a family with her husband George Young and relocating to Los Angeles, there is so much to learn from Janet about overcoming fears, tapping into your adventurous side, and being fully present.
