In today's episode I explain Masculine and Feminine energies and bust the myth they do not mean “man” and “woman,” but are universal sexual forces. As a person, man or woman, you have both Masculine and Feminine energy. 

We explore the principles of polarity and why it is different than love. There's some people that only experience an arc of polarity with members of the opposite sex, but most people experience polarity with all kinds of people and even places.

In today's society we have lost the wisdom of the laws of sexual polarity, and we tend not to be very conscious of the type of energy—either Masculine or Feminine—that we are putting out in any given moment. This lack of awareness frequently leads to conflicts with our intimate partners and misunderstandings with our friends and business associates.

To consciously work with the flow of sexual polarity in our intimacies and in the workplace, we must become sensitive to the type of energy that we are putting out.
