Lindsey Graves is a San Diego based Registered Nurse, Yoga teacher, and plant lady. She has also been sober from alcohol, or as she calls it, free of spirits, since 12/18/18.
In the episode, Lindsey shares her journey to a Free Spirited life and the self-growth she has made in an alcohol-free mindset. Lindsey now has room to focus on her creativity, yoga practice, feminine energy, and self-esteem. Lindsey feels sexier and more present in her sex life now than she did while drinking.
