Salil Chugh is currently the Chief Digital and Technology officer at Pramerica Life Insurance.

Salil Chugh has about 20 years’ experience in data science, digital banking, mobile products, payments and portfolio management. Most recently, he was with Experian Asia Pacific. At Experian, in his last role, he led the APac Analytics CoE and the innovation Labs ( X Labs) based out of Singapore. In this role, he focused on consulting, modernizing the analytics stack and new product innovation for clients in the region. Prior to Experian, he worked with ICICI Bank for about 15 years in key leadership positions, driving and scaling impact through analytics and data science, mobile banking and digital payments. He has extensive experience in building & managing talent for data science, portfolio, digital and product teams.
