In this week’s episode I share my tender and illuminating conversation with one of my teachers, Luka Barba of Deeply Rooted Healing Traditions.

Luka serves the women and families of her community by providing the traditional care so often absent during the powerfully transformative postpartum period. At the foundation of her work is a focus on generational and lineage healing as she helps clients integrate and somatically process birth imprints (also referred to as birth trauma). Integrating these experiences allows individuals to avoid passing traumatic experiences forward into their future experiences as well as into future generations.
