In this episode, I discuss my journey of being fiercely protective of my “Yes” by comfortably saying “No”. In a society where people pleasing, being afraid to set boundaries and having a fear of going towards an unfamiliar route/journey is the norm, it’s still important to strive to continue to practice breaking that mindset for your own growth & confidence. Saying “No” may not always feel like you’re saying “Yes” and that’s okay; however, using that power to keep the pathways open for your true desires and declining anything below that is our god given right.
