In this special full moon episode, I discuss how I intentionally used my birthday for solitude and self reflection. During this time I realized how important it is to treat yourself to the standards that you desire from others so that you have your own set code of conduct/standards that are unwavering. If we don’t teach ourselves & others how to treat us, then they will attempt to give you whatever they see fit which usually isn’t fitting for you. I dive deep into why single-hood should be used to adopt a routine to prioritize yourself & your desires while learning to balance having other relationships/responsibilities.
