
Welcome back babe, I'm excited you're here today! We're talking about burnout, where it comes from, and how to prevent it while still showing up in a big way.
I was recently witnessing a conversation around burnout and I had so many thoughts on the subject. One woman was sharing her story and her advice was: "...it’s much easier to get everything sorted out when you eliminate one of the things causing the burnout." Experiencing the beginning signs or full blown burnout is no joke, but it is totally preventable if we understand more about it and how to manage. What I want to highlight is where the burnout comes from. We tend to give our jobs, our families, our relationships, and basically the craziness of our lives all the credit for causing us to feel burnt out, but the truth of the matter is that it’s not any of those things.
