It's been a while but I'm back! The first episode of 2024 is an amalgamation of many new experiences, a couple of new healing modalities I've been working with, and some deeper topics I haven't yet shared here. I talk about a psychedelic-assisted journey, the decision to address and experience deeper embodiment, and all about managing an eating disorder. I discuss why we need to reframe "triggers" in general, and how we need to throw the idea of discipline out the window. I explain how a mystical experience set the stage for meeting a a truer and more expanded self. I am excited to share this episode with you and hope you find some resonance.
