Why I Only Hire VAs from the Philippines

Why I Only Hire VAs from the Philippines

Hiring my first VA from the Philippines didn’t just help my business—it changed my life.

I hired my first Filipino VA back in 2005. Suddenly, it felt like there were two of me in my business. That guy still works for me today—just like the ones I hired in 2007, 2009, and 2011.

He now runs and manages my 8-figure-a-year business.

At this point, I’ve got almost 50 full-time Filipino VAs. You could find good people anywhere. But it’s way easier to find great ones in the Philippines.

Here’s why:

🧭 The culture values honesty—so you know where you stand from the start

🤝 They’re incredibly loyal and stick around for years (unless you mess it up)

💪 They genuinely want to work hard and be productive

🛡️ They’re not trying to steal your clients or build a competing business

🗣️ They speak Americanized English fluently—often at home

💰 You can find top talent for $4–$15 an hour

🎓 Most have real college degrees and serious professional skills

🔁 They stay long enough to train others—so you don’t need endless SOPs

📩 They get job offers all the time—and still choose to stay loyal

🧾 You don’t have to deal with payroll taxes, benefits, or compliance

⚡ The hiring process takes days, not weeks

📢 They’re easy to work with and open to feedback

🌏 And culturally, they just fit—especially for small business owners

By the end of this episode, you won’t be hoping to find a great VA—you’ll know exactly how I’ve kept mine for 10, 15, even 20 years.

▶️ Want a team you can actually rely on? Hit play and I’ll show you where to start.

💬Still wondering if hiring from the Philippines actually works? Drop your questions—I’ll be in the comments.

🚀 Want to find loyal, full-time team members without middlemen or markups? Go to OnlineJobs.ph and hire the right way.
