Having a process is one thing. Trusting the process is something completely different. Understanding if your process is working or not well that’s a different beast all in itself. But one thing I’ve learned throughout this process of being a business owner is that you have to leave room to develop that knowledge. You have to leave room to be OK with yourself if it’s not going right. More important you have to be OK to acknowledge what’s wrong and maybe even learning what you can do to make it right.
