TomFM is taking the Football Manager content world by storm. With a unique style and passion for the game, he is now up to 35k subscribers on YouTube. In this interview with MrDizTV Tom discusses how he has taking the time in discovering himself and his content. He discusses his quest for self improvement, him being an introvert in social situations, how that affects his content and so much more, including making a shift in content in April 2022 which led to 6000 subscribers in 2 months. Tom has long term goals to be a FT content creator and he discusses it all in this episode of The Scouting Centre Podcast.

The Scouting Centre Podcast allows you to find out more about creators, whether content creators, comedians, writers, actors, wrestlers etc. It explores the guests journey including discussing their experiences whether positive or negative. We shine light via content interviews and personality profiles and conversations can include the pressures of creating, mental health, the negatives as well as the positives or creation. The aim is to get to know the creator better and the creators better and through their advice, to support future creators. The conversations are open and have ranged from mental health, anxiety, YouTube, mentors, support, content strategy and more.
