Bilal Zafar is an award winning stand up comic who is also streaming on Twitch. In this podcast, Bilal talks about his comedy, his creative process, how he dealt with the pandemic and what led him to streaming. He also discusses how he deals with discrimination in the comedy/TV world and talks about starring in Last Christmas with Emma Thompson and Emilia Clarke. Bilal talks about how he deals with hecklers, the positives and negatives of creating comedy, the reaction he got from his family when it was discovered he did stand up and what his hopes are for the future. He also discusses burn out and how he tries to balance all of his responsibilities.

The Scouting Centre Podcast allows you to find out more about creators, whether content creators, comedians, writers, actors, wrestlers etc. It explores the guests journey including discussing their experiences whether positive or negative. We shine light via content interviews and personality profiles and conversations can include the pressures of creating, mental health, the negatives as well as the positives or creation. The aim is to get to know the creator better and the creators better and through their advice, to support future creators. The conversations are open and have ranged from mental health, anxiety, YouTube, mentors, support, content strategy and more.

Creators can be anything from content creators, wrestlers, journalists, writers, actors etc. Anything that involves a creative process. .
