Liverpool's Beth Munro has taken the Taekwondo world by storm since her arrival in the sport in 2020.

After entering the sport, it took her just six months to win silver at the rescheduled 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo and became the first athlete to win a Paralympic medal in the sport for Great Britain.

She has since gone on to win European Gold in Manchester in 2022 and become world number one.

A talented athlete, Beth was born with only one hand. But that has not stopped her dream big and achieve great things and she has ambition for more in 2023 and beyond.

But ultimately, this girl from Litherland, has her eyes firmly set on winning the gold medal at Paris 2024.

Munro was speaking to Olympic Taekwondo medallist Bianca Cook and former BBC Sports reporter Paul Garrity at GB Taekwondo HQ in Manchester.
