Russell Dalgleish - Chairman and Co-Founder of the Scottish Business Network

Russell has an interesting story, hailiing from Selkirk in the borders, with a life now that takes him around the world. As the first person in his family to go to higher education, he thought a solid career in banking would be the rest of his professional career, but realising that wasn't for him, he discovered a talent for communicating within business and specifically tech businesses.


Working in London he met Christine Esson, and started a group that helped businesses in Scotland expand to the capital by meeting the Scots diaspora working here. It's been so successful that it is now global, and helps many businesses captialise on the goodwill towards Scotland.


Russell has some gems of wisdom to share, as he has found in his career helping others. He joined Marcus from Sweden....
