From delivering babies in Haiti to scanning high-risk pregnancies in a busy U.S. teaching hospital, Dr. Lemaire has built a career that blends medical precision with a deep commitment to patient care. After eight years as an obstetrician, he transitioned to perinatal sonography, becoming certified in Doppler ultrasound, trained in general and echocardiography modalities, and adept at diagnosing complex fetal anomalies.
He approaches every scan with the same philosophy: skill matters, but empathy matters just as much. Whether explaining findings to ease a parent’s anxiety or promoting collaboration among colleagues to balance heavy workloads, he works to ensure both technical excellence and human connection.
