As Always Please do your proper research On Nile Monitors or any animal for that matter Before Even considering Purchasing one Animals are living things and should not be gotten on impulse any more than a human child should be adopted on impulse!!! This episode is just a bare bones explanation of some of the care requirements and other general knowledge, fun facts and personal experience and by no means qualifies as doing your research!! Nile monitors should only be kept by a highly experienced keeper and should be held with the same regard for safety and respect as you would have for a say a Gator. NILE MONITORS ARE DANGOURUS ANIMALS! There are Plenty of "Tame" and I use that term loosely Nile Monitors out there however those are the exception not the rule and often had been worked with closely for many many years before getting to that point.
