He holds an MSc in Human Factors and Safety Assessment from Cranfield University (UK) and a PhD in Safety and Quality Management from Middlesex University (UK). Nektarios has 19 years of experience in the Hellenic Air Force, specializing in safety, quality management, and accident investigations, and served as a lecturer in safety and human factors.
