Maya is listening to her body's loud call to take a break from drinking, and is almost a full month sober as of the release of this episode! She shares about how she feels and what it was like to make this decision from a deep place of self-love.

Elle is fielding her first bout of temptation in her 3 years of sobriety, and puts words to how she's working through it. We break it all down, dig deep, and come to the epic conclusion that everyone's journey with alcohol is completely different and NOTHING about sobriety, sober-curiosity, or choosing to drink is black and white.
