Did you know that in order for you to exist in this moment, that five year old version had to exist, and that twelve year old version (who was a little cringy) also had to exist. And the version you are right now, with all the learning, and all the lessons. Had to exist, for your future self to exist in its beautiful form. It is important to remember who you were, and who you are, and who you will become. It is important for you to hold gratitude for all that you are. Because even if you feel like you don’t have it “all together” - you are doing your best :) - even if you feel that you “messed up” or you didn’t “pick the right path” (trust me, you did what you needed to do to learn the lessons you needed to learn.
