Sometimes accepting love can be hard, and acknowledging that you deserve to be taken care of gently and slowly can take time. So remain patient with yourself, your experiencing this experience for the first time. You’re learning to live, and love, and trust. But trust that the way knows the way, and not having all the answers is apart of the process. Know that healing is a beautiful journey filled with cobwebs and crystals. Trust that one day you’ll wake up and the “problem” you have today, you’ll have the solution to. Or maybe you’ll be met with the calmness of not fully knowing and that’s okay.
Anyways I love you and remain gentle with yourself, because your 5 year old self would like that :)
