Pradhyum Reddy, known to many of you for his work as a color commentator on Star Sports details his start in coaching in the UK, going to the United States to get really hands on with youth development, coaching summers in his hometown Bangalore, winning promotion to the I-League in his first professional head coaching role with Shillong Lajong, winning the I-League on those great Bengaluru teams as an assistant coach, serving as Technical Director for Pune City FC in the ISL and now commentating on national television.

Pradhyum, holder of multiple coaching licenses and qualifications from the UK, USA, Brazil and India, candidly shares his views about coaching and building a coaching career, coach education, player development and youth structures, and...winning. Pradhyum's colourful storytelling with descriptive anecdotes is very informative and entertaining!
