We discussed how coaches can cherry pick ideas and gain valuable experience, mentioned specific styles of play and how clubs may need to start adapting to get the most out of a team, skills that transfer from Richie's day job as a PE teacher and questioned whether it is possible for the average club coach to develop and progress their coaching further into the higher ends of the National Leagues/Championship.
