Episode 2 - How far can a coach go?

This week I am joined by Rich Neil, current Brighton Blues attack coach who's previous clubs include Havant, Chichester and US Portsmouth. We discussed how coaches can cherry pick ideas and gain valuable experience, mentioned specific styles of play and how clubs may need to start adapting to get the most out of a team, skills that transfer from Richie's day job as a PE teacher and questioned whether it is possible for the average club coach to develop and progress their coaching further into the higher ends of the National Leagues/Championship. A great insight into an aspiring coach looking to develop at every opportunity given.
