Eithan, Josh and Cal return, bringing with them Episode 20 of the Rugby League review and they are joined by Hull Kingston Rovers' Jez Litten.

Hull-born Jez discusses his route into the sport including growing up in a family mixed with Hull FC and Hull KR fans, and going on to play for both of those clubs with three separate loan moves to Doncaster sandwiched in the middle.

The 23-year-old also talks about helping the Robins to a first ever Super League Play-off Semi-final after being written off before the campaign begun, and how current boss Tony Smith has helped him to develop his game over the last few years.
