My name is Alexis and I am the host of this podcast and Today's Episode wi will dive into Delta's Flight Attendant face to face interview. This episode is intended to help you gain clarity of what happens inside of the interview knowing exactly what to expect. I will be talking and breaking down what will you do the face to face and each group.

Yes each group! Delta divides you into Three groups: in the group A you will be the first doing the One on One interview. This Part requires to be familiar and confident with the STAR method because Delta will ask you to answer using it. Those in the Group B will be doing the Q&A section and the Snap and Reach Test. This part of the interview requires you to ask questions and participate.

And lastly but not least, you have the Group C which will be doing the Group activity. Each activity is important and I go in detail on today's Episode.
