Lloyd has spent his life overcoming adversity. He was born with a terminal illness called Cystic Fibrosis, is blind in one eye and has poor vision in the other. In his youth, he went down a waterslide that ripped his feet off and snapped his femur in half (spoiler alert: they put his leg back on). He’s learned from personal experience how to grow and become a better version of himself, not by eliminating the struggle, but by going through it. He has built a beautiful family, a fintech business valued at more than $1B, and a charity that focuses on increasing fulfillment for Americans while simultaneously decreasing poverty for the poorest among us in the rural villages of Cambodia. His new mission is to share a profoundly simple personal fulfillment formula that YOU can use to become more, to become Happy, and to become truly fulfilled.
