almost monday

This week on The Road Trip Playlists Podcast, I am excited to introduce Cole and Dawson from the pop trio almost monday. The group started together in San Diego as high schoolers in a garage band, and they tell the story of a cold email to Mark Needham, who has produced for The Killers and Fleetwood Mac, found them introduced to frequent collaborator Simon Oscroft (The Naked and Famous, DREAMERS) and the groups 2020 debut EP don’t say you’re ordinary was born. The band has quickly amassed over 100 million total streams and played giant stages like Lollapalooza, Governors Ball, and Bonnaroo. The group recently released two summer anthems, ‘sun keeps on shining and ‘sunburn,’ which the band noted as an excellent song for any road trip playlists.

Listen to the full interview or check it out on roadtripplaylists.com. Thanks again, don’t forget to subscribe and review to the show for more interviews.

See almost monday on tour with The Driver Era, get your tickets here!
