Every business has multiple layers to it. What the consumer sees / experiences is usually just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all the intricacies, moving parts, staffing, scheduling, planning, budgeting, ALL the things that come with operating a successful business.

I'm not sure there is a business with MORE layers than what Steph Gronning does at Infinity Dance Inc. From planning, communication, booking, budgeting, choreography, leasing, travel, physical demand, the list goes on! And oh lets not forget to mention having to handle over 400 kids (and parents)!

Steph is an inspiration - she took a passion of dancing and turned it into a successful business - through years of hard work and determination. Every time there was an obstacle or someone saying she couldn't or shouldn't do something, she trusted herself and did it anyway.

In our conversation we discuss her upbringing in dance, the early days of starting a business, and how she has scaled the Infinity Dance Inc. brand to what it is today, ALL WHILE being a mother of 3, wife, and amazing human being.
