On this episode I have the privilege to interview Carrie Luxem. Carrie is just a 'ball of energy'. There so many nuggets of gold in this podcast for restaurant managers, chefs, and owners. My takeaways are that we can get inspiration from some, not so obvious places and what the difference is between being a manager and a leader. Most of all, I love that Carrie has the courage to say, "Hey I'm human and I make mistakes". Considering we did this interview back in January that speaks volumes about her character.
