Dr. Mia Baytop Russell is a lecturer in the Center for Leadership Education at Johns Hopkins University. She has served in various roles across the nonprofit, academic, and corporate sectors, and has spent decades exploring wellbeing in multiple contexts. Her research focuses on family economic wellbeing, career work-related wellbeing, and financial education.
