Courage involves going into difficult situations. Humility involves understanding that you don't know everything, and building a team to help you understand those things. Compassion involves showing empathy and understanding for those who rely on you. Finally, flexibility is needed as world conditions can change without warning and you need to be prepared to modify your plans accordingly.
