Florian Spiegl is the Founder & CEO of EVIDENT Group, a fast-growing, licensed platform revolutionizing alternative asset investment through blockchain-based tokenization. His mission is to unlock unprecedented access to purpose-driven assets for more investors, redefining industry standards in scalability and regulatory compliance.
In the past, Florian served as CEO and board member of Hunter Technology Corp, a publicly listed commodities trading technology company, and earlier co-founded FinFabrik, a Hong Kong-based blockchain solutions startup that was acquired in 2020.
Championing the positive impact of capital, Florian invests in and advises innovative, purpose-driven ventures. He is also a co-founder of the Hong Kong FinTech Association, teaching the FinTech MBA course at Hong Kong University, and has served on the FinTech Advisory Board of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

Prior to this, Neil served as the CEO of Neptune Digital, an award-winning blockchain start-up under the Cyberport Incubation Program (#CIP). He was previously the Head of Business Development, Asia Pacific in the Digital Partnerships & Innovation Team at @HSBC, where he focused on Banking-As-A-Service (#BaaS) and #EmbeddedFinance, including Digital #Payments, #Lending, #Wealth and #Insurance.
Neil is the Chairman of the FinTech Association Hong Kong (#FTAHK) and a Member of the Hong Kong Government Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development (Web3 Task Force). He is also a Steering Committee Member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (#HKTDC) and a Conference Ambassador of the Hong Kong Tourism Bureau (#HKTB).
