Sometimes life transitions can cause periods of feeling stagnant or unproductive. And that's kind of the week that I've been having the past week.
And so I used specifically these three habits that I'm going to be talking about in this episode to get myself out of it and have a very, very productive day.
As humans, we often compare ourselves to others, which usually makes us feel worse. In this episode, I'll discuss how we can use comparison to improve ourselves. This advice is based on a Hadith and has significantly reduced the negative effects of comparison for me. By applying this simple advice, you can also transform comparison into a tool for personal growth.
