How often do you set your eyes on something? – a big goal that you know will challenge you, but ultimately improve your life tenfold by committing to it and showing up. However, from the offset you allow self-doubt and your own anxieties to set in?
The reality is starting a new project, whether that be a fitness and well-being program or another project is always going to seem daunting, particularly if it takes you out of your comfort zone and you have a level of accountability with your Coach or another individual. The reality is life will get in the way, unexpected things will crop up, often at the most inconvenient of times – but you must keep pushing forward. It all starts with 4%.
