Question: Are you resting, recovering and rejuvenating or burning the candle at both ends? What action are you taking today to rejuvenate yourself? Lesson: I made the commitment to myself that a monthly massage is a necessity and also working on increasing my sleep. I knew that I had gone too long without this level of self care. There had also been an opportunity to catch up on my sleep this week and I felt amazing for it. I’m also taking a week off with my family.
