What action are you taking today to rejuvenate yourself?
Lesson:
I made the commitment to myself that a monthly massage is a necessity and also working on increasing my sleep. I knew that I had gone too long without this level of self care. There had also been an opportunity to catch up on my sleep this week and I felt amazing for it.
I’m also taking a week off with my family. I will likely be keeping up with my workouts but they will be for me as part of my rejuvenation.
