I had to get ill to get me rested.
I’ve had to get ill to get me rested. DATE: Tuesday, October 12th 2021 I feel ill. This has wiped me out completely today from everything. My body hasn’t been fully rested for a long time. Something has to give. I would like to feel healed and better so I can go back to life as normal tomorrow. I want to feel better. LESSON: Get more rest consistently.
