Episode 191 - The Six Rungs of Training Maturity, with Lester Chng
Have you ever thought about how mature your training is? What does a good training program look like? This week's guest has laid out a six level training maturity model that will help you take your training...and your program to the next level. Hello everyone and welcome to Episode 191 of the Resilient Journey Podcast, presented by Anesis Consulting Group! This week, we welcome Lester Chng to talk to us about the six rungs of training. Lester explains that as we are intentional about maturing our training, we evolve from developing individual competencies to team building through tabletop exercises and on to functional exercises. Mark and Lester walk through the six rungs, level by level and explain what this maturity process looks like. Lester warns that a program like this takes extensive leadership buy-in. And Mark shares a related story and offers some advice on how to naturally navigate through the rungs and how to mature your training over time.   Be sure to follow The Resilient Journey!  We sure do appreciate it!
