She shares about how she helped invest in women owned and diverse companies one of which is currently among the fastest growing companies in the country. She shares about how because people either have a blind spot or are willingly ignoring underrepresented startups there is a lot missing growth that should be happening but isn't currently. She shares about taking more calculated risks and not being afraid to fail.
