She talks about how because she competed at a high level competing on the US national gymnast team, and how that played into her being a gymnastic coach both as her first job and her first job out of college. She shares about how she trained by jumping and flipping on brick sidewalks until her mother had brought her to an actual gym. She shares her incredible career including working as a stunt woman on Batman, and so many other amazing jobs until she got to where she is now! She talks about the amazing ministry and work she has done helping empower women who are high performing and married to high performers to know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made. She shares about her struggles growing up, and how wildly different the professional gymnastics world was from her home life. She goes on to share some amazing self care advice about finding the things that are best fit for her identity and purpose.
