Mailbox question of the week is for Rebecca: What is the #1 thing a seller can do for a showing on their property? (GET OUT OF THE HOUSE =0).  It sounds so obvious, but you would be surprised how many sellers want to stick around for showings.  This creates nervousness within the buyer, they feel rushed, they feel like they can’t openly talk about the house or ask questions to their agent while they are touring the house.
