With over a decade of experience in the startup realm, Justin is a seasoned entrepreneur who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Employees First, LLC, and donning the hat of Founder & CEO at MedPay, LLC dba HealthyHabits, Justin is at the forefront of revolutionizing financial services in the healthcare industry.

Before his current ventures, Justin made significant strides as a shareholder and COO of LoanPaymentPro, LLC, a company that was successfully acquired by a Super-ISO in April 2022, showcasing his knack for building and scaling businesses.

Justin's educational background is equally impressive, having earned a BS in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance and a Concentration in Professional Golf Management from Methodist University in 2005. His passion for golf extends beyond the academic realm, as he actively participates in the South Florida Section Professional Golfers Association (PGA).

Outside the boardroom and golf course, Justin finds solace in soaking up the sun at the beach and engaging in enriching conversations with fellow entrepreneurs. He currently resides in Naples, FL, with his loving wife, Jacqueline Perun, and their two sons, Davis Stefan Perun and Carter Anthony Perun.
