A fairly hectic final day saw Liverpool beat Crystal Palace 2-0 in front of a substantial crowd at Anfield to secure Champions League football along with Chelsea who went through despite losing to Aston Villa as Leicester were unable to capitalise and succumbed to Tottenham at the King Power Stadium. This is the final match reaction after a long winded season marked by injuries, loss of form, frustration and ultimately a rich vein of form at the end to secure what looked like an improbable third place finish in the league. There will be more episodes lined up until just after the Champions League final at which point I will call it for this season and go into next year to start this whole thing once again for Season 2!
